Snap 15 stopped working

I get the following error message; A JavaScrfipt error occurred in the main process Uncaught Exception: Error: The Specified module could not be found. \\?\C:\Program Files\Ashampoo\Ashampoo Snap 5\resources\app.asar.unpacked\node_modules\snaptron\lib\snaptron.node 15\resources\app0.asar.unpacked\node_modules\snaptron\lib\snaptron.node at rocess.func etc. etc. etc. (See image below). Also the interface is complicated and I have not been able to figure out how to capture YouTube videos. Most I can capture with sketchy online resources but there are those that I cannot. Thank - you
