install of PFDPRO3 and {mfc140u}

## when trying to install PDFPRO3, I get 'mfc140u.dll' not found. Reinstall does not correct the fail. Note that there are 6 of this file of a couple of sizes in various directories . For both 64 and 32 bit which I understand but PDFPro3 dosent appear to find any of them.
