Programs NOT Activating

In Connect I see all my Ashampoo products that have full version license keys and under each program there is a box in blue that says install. I had seriously forgotten that I had a full version license key to Burning Studio Elements v10.0.9 and I need a burner at the moment so I installed it. I then went to the Ashampoo website logged in retrieved the key and put it in the activation field, clicked activate and got told that didn't work. The key is valid and I am entitled to use the software but had to uninstall it just when I need it at the moment. So bad luck Ashampoo I went and sourced a burner from a rival software company instead
