Where's my library!

I logged into connect. it opened on my library page and... Nothing! Just a message: your search did not match, what ever that means. I have accumulated many Ashampoo products over the years and should have quite a full library! I probably need to re-install connect. Anyhoo, just a quick heads up that I have run into a problem.
