"Launch" doesn't work

1. „Launch” option doesn’t work 2. In option menu, beside „Launch”, only „Remove” works. 3. In open application window „Launch” doesn’t work, too 4. „Remove” works 5. „Install” works and installs in defined directory but even after fresh installation „Launch” doesn’t work. 6. When installation is by default on disc C: (Cinemagraph) then „Launch” seems to work properly. 7. I uninstalled with Ashampoo Uninstaller. Clean registry. Restart and installed the latest version. Tried three Times.
