Stuck at Initializing

Hello team Ashampoo, I have clean install of W11 PRO on my desktop and I can't run Connect on it. Installation went great, without problems. When I launch Connect, it stays stuck at initializing. After an hour of initializing I guess that there is some kind of error. Program is stuck and not responding. I even tried turn off firewall but it didn't help at all. Please, tell me what logs you need to see that I probably could get for you to see where is the issue. Thank you. Kind regards, Stefan
