Not identifying Ashampoo Backup PB

Connect identifies my installed programs correctly. But in the case of Ashampoo Backup invites me to install - even though it is installed and working. If I choose "Install" in removes the installed software, re-installs, briefly shows "Launch" and then two seconds later Connect reverts to "Install". Connect is also not identifying two older programs as installed: Cover Studio 2 and Movie Shrink and Burn 4. I understand that these are not a priority. But Backup PB is a new and current project and it is a concern that it does not show correctly and get updated through Connect
