Your Collection error
My Ashampoo installed programs does not show up when selecting "Your Collection" since upgrading to the latest version of Connect.
When I select Your Collection I get a popup box that says "Unexpected Execution Error" . The previous version of Connect worked ok. This error is occuring on two different PC's that I have.
Also, after selecting "Your Collection" and getting the above error, if I then click on "Home" and then go back to "Your Collection" it says "You currently do not own any products". I own and have numerous Ashampoo products installed.
I also tried signing out and back into my account , but that didn't help. I can see all of my Ashampoo products when signed in to my account on your website.
