Collection item with id '1957' not found

After adding various (free) products to my collection, I click install withing Ashampoo Connect, and get the following error: "Collection item with id 'xxxx' not found" (where xxxx is a number such as my example of 1957) The products appear on my account when accessed on the Ashampoo website, so they are being added, but there is no way of downloading or installing without searching for the product online. This makes the whole purpose of Ashampoo Connect, redundant.
