Software compatibility checker for the various OS’s

I’d like to see a software program that could check an operating system and say if another program will run on it and if not then way. Prime example is WinOptimizer. I have never been able to run any version of it beyond 18.00.14 on Windows 10. The newer versions of the program will install, but not run. Works fine in Sandbox and on another computer I have. Ashampoo support was at a lost too as to way WinOptimizwer newer versions will not run. So please keep the free trails on all your software as I never know if an Ashampoo program is going to run or not on my system.
