I just spelled out a problem I would like help with (re CutOut8). I gave the post a title, and attached an image. It then asked me to add a Category. I tried - but got 'lost in the interface' and was unable to get pack to the post. I could start all over again ... but frankly I am annoyed by what seems to me to be a clunky and unfriendly user interface. (That was my problem with CutOut as well!!!! ). Sorry, I have been buying Ashampoo products for many years and with the singular exception of Burning Studio (which is great! I have been loyally buying the 'latest version every year for many years) - the others - without exception I find the learning curve impossible. Not enough guidance for the beginner. This leaves me with mixed feelings for the brand - most of my expenditure on your products gets wasted as I finish up not using the softwares (apart from Burning Studio). Not a happy customer.
