Update Photo Optimizer 9 (does'nt)

I have now tried over 8 times to do the update that Connect tells me I have for Optimizer 9. Says takes from 9.36-9.37 I've been through the installation process and app remains as 9.3 I've tried over about a week and not changed, still a problem Regards Kevin
