Duplicate File Finder needs to look at non-NTFS drives

Why does duplicate file finder only look at my NTFS hard drives? It would be nice if it looked at FAT 32 and exFAT USB drives as well. I have several high-capacity USB drives that I use for storage and I would like to look for duplicate files on those drives as well.
