PhotZoom Classic 7 not installing

I have PhotoZoom Classic 7 available in Connect on both my PC and my phone. When I go to install it from the PC link, I am asked to complete the install by restarting the PC. When this is completed the program is NOT installed. Could the error please be corrected so that the program does install?
